Current exhibitions
The Museu Coleção Berardo presents the most significant artistic movements from the twentieth century to the present day, establishing its position as the main museum for modern and contemporary art in Portugal. Names such as Pablo Picasso, Marcel Duchamp, Piet Mondrian, Joan Miró, Francis Bacon, Andy Warhol, Donald Judd, Bruce Nauman or Cindy Sherman, among many others, are presented within the framework of the artistic movements which their works helped to define, through a chronological sequence that allows a journey through time. In this museum it is possible to find, both in the permanent presentation of the Berardo Collection and in the vast array of temporary exhibitions, works by artists from diverse cultural backgrounds and contexts, who, through a multitude of expressions, built the art history of the last century.
On view at Museu Coleção Berardo, from 10:am to 7pm, from Tuesday to Sunday. Closed on Monday.
