We Are Open - New Rules for Visiting the Museum Safely

The Museu Coleção Berardo is open again, since 18 May, International Museum Day.
We reopened  safely, reducing the maximum number of visitors, initially to 190 people at the same time and adapting the necessary protective measures for both the visitor and the team.​


Clean & Safe Badge 


Museu Coleção Berardo received the Clean & Safe Badge, awarded by Tourism of Portugal.

This Certification recognizes that the Museum complies with the recommendations of the Directorate-General for Health (DGS) to avoid contamination of spaces with SARS-CoV-2 (new coronavirus), allowing a Safe Visit to all our visitors.


COVID-19: New Rules for Visiting the Museum Safely

Museu Coleção Berardo has implemented a set of temporary measures so that you can enjoy your visit safely.
It is mandatory to: 

- Respect our restriction on the number of visitors entering the premises;
- Await for the supervisors’ authorisation to enter in each exhibition;
- Use a face mask;
- Measure your body temperature upon entering the Museum, if requested;
- Use hand sanitiser;
- Keep a safe distance of 6 feet from other people who are not with you;
- Avoid using the elevator. If you need to, share the space only with your companions.
